Before joining Qomply, Michelle was Chief Operating Officer at Kyte Broking and Market Securities, a global, mid-size financial firm where Michelle drove transaction reporting implementation within the firm.

Over the course of her career, Michelle held various senior leadership positions within investment banking and has over 15 years experience working on the Trading Floors of UBS and BNP Paribas.

Richard Kind is a Technical Specialist in the FCA’s Post Trade Reporting Team, within the Market Oversight Data & Intelligence (MODI) department. The team is responsible for the UK EMIR and SFTR reporting regimes across supervision, policy development, and data quality.

He leads the Authority’s technical work on EMIR reporting, including recent updates to the UK EMIR Q&As, and serves as co chair of the UK EMIR Reporting Industry Engagement Group.
