The Business Development Internship Programme offers a bespoke learning environment to develop your skills. By the end of this internship, you will have a firmer understanding of business development outreach and working in a FinTech/RegTech.

This Insight Pulse Programme is suitable for university students and graduates with a thirst for knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a paid internship offering candidates with a marketing/business studies/commerce background to apply their skills in a Financial sector within a FinTech capacity.

Your activities could include:

• Conduct Business Development prospecting & lead generation: via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Update and enrich the Qomply CRM (Hubspot)
• Cold-call/email prospects about upcoming events and training that may be relevant to them

What You Need:

• Engaged in or completed studying for Marketing or Business related degree
• Good written, telephone and face to face communication skills
• Ability to work on a diverse range of projects
• Resourcefulness & ability to think on your feet
• Professionalism, a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset
• An Ambitious, Accountable, and Approachable attitude

Additional skills

• Demonstrable ability to work in a team environment and under pressurized timelines
• Keen desire to work in finance or in a finance environment
• Ability to sustain a high level of drive, maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Continued interest in learning new technologies and tools
