A fantastic opportunity to gain real marketing and business development experience in an up-and-coming FinTech in the heart of the City of London. 

The Marketing & Business Development Internship Programme offers a bespoke learning environment to develop your skills. By the end of this internship, you will have a firmer understanding of marketing, business development and working in a FinTech/RegTech.

This Insight Programme is suitable for university students with a thirst for knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a paid internship offering candidates with a marketing or business studies/commerce background to apply their skills in a Financial sector within a FinTech capacity.

Although primarily working with the Marketing Director, you’ll also work directly with the co-founders and development team on a range of projects. Your activities could include:

What You Will Do:

• Grow our social media following by creating organic and paid campaigns and interacting with key targets
• Assist with organising Qomply’s annual conference
• Conduct Business Development Prospecting & Lead Generation: via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Update and enrich the Qomply CRM (Hubspot)
• Conduct usability testing of the Qomply’s technology solutions
• Support the Co-founders with day-to-day activities as and when

What You Need:

• Engaged in studying for Marketing or Business related degree
• Good written, telephone and face to face communication skills
• Ability to work on a diverse range of projects
• Professionalism, a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and software e.g. Photoshop, InDesign would be a plus
• An Ambitious, Accountable, and Approachable attitude

Additional skills

• Demonstrable ability to work in a team environment and under pressurized timelines
• Keen desire to work in finance or in a finance environment
• Ability to sustain a high level of drive, maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Continued interest in learning new technologies and tools
